It's near the corner between Chung Snan North RD. and Mintsu EAST RD.

You can take a MRT to Yuanshan Station (Danshui Line(Red Line))

Stay in the arcade in front of 7/11 and face to your left side , you will see HX's yellow sign and go upstairs to 4th F.
